MAMM team photos

We’ve been planning when to go back to the Arctic to collect more data, and seems like there’s competition for the use of the research aircraft at the time we are most interested in. There is most methane released form wetlands when the temperature is highest (July-August) so we know that this is the best time to go. Another group of scientists want to use the aircraft to study summer rainfall. As that can come at anytime during the summer, let’s hope we get to go at our preferred time!

In any case, the point of this post was to post a few team photos from MAMM in July 2012. What with the Olympics and things getting busy at work, I forgot to post these before. Better late than never!
